Introduction

Kirsten Van Ritzen is a professional actor, singer, dancer, comedienne and writer who has received acclaim for performances across Canada and the US. She lives in B.C where she regularly performs in live comedy, theatre and dance shows, but is currently taking a break from TV/Film auditions.  

Represented by Jodi Caplan at Lucas Talent for more than a decade, she frequently auditioned for network series and features.   TV credits include REBOOT THE GUARDIAN CODE (Netflix Originals), THE GAME OF LOVE (Up-TV), THE BRIDGE (Hallmark), STRANGER IN THE HOUSE (Lifetime) and MARK & RUSSELL'S WILD RIDE (Disney). Lead roles in Indie films THE BAD GUY, ELIZA, ROADKILL; and a cameo in festival Favourite CANCELLED STAMP. 

A skilled theatre actor with numerous credits across the country, a recent highlight was  playing  "Lana Sherwood" and  14 other characters in IT'S A WONDERFUL LIFE the LIVE RADIO PLAY at Chemainus Theatre Festival.  She has been honoured with the Gold Award "Best Entertainer" by Community Votes Victoria 3 years in a row.  www.kirstenvanritzen.com
